SERVICES / DELIVERY FLOW
A clear engagement from first findings to final files
You’ll always know what happens next. Each project follows a simple sequence: align on goals, gather evidence, design solutions, and deliver artifacts your team can use immediately.
S-01
Align
Clarify the business goal, users, constraints, and success metrics. You’ll receive a short scope and timeline so everyone agrees on what “done” means.
S-02
Investigate
Run targeted user research and a heuristic review of your current experience to surface friction, missed opportunities, and the highest-impact fixes.
S-03
Design
Translate insights into flows, wireframes, and prototypes—from low to high fidelity—so you can review quickly and make confident decisions.
S-04
Deliver
Hand off polished mockups, clickable prototypes, and clear notes for implementation, with priorities and rationale your team can reference later.
FAQ / SERVICES
Common questions before you reach out
Clear expectations on scope, timelines, pricing models, and what you’ll receive. If your situation is specific, send a quick note—I’ll tell you the best next step.
Q-01
What’s the smallest engagement you’ll take on?
The minimum is usually a focused 2-week discovery or audit—enough time to review your product, talk to a few users or stakeholders, and deliver prioritized recommendations you can act on immediately. If your need is smaller, I’ll suggest a lighter option or point you to the right resource.
Q-02
Do you offer fixed-fee projects or ongoing support?
Both. Most work is scoped as a fixed-fee project with clear deliverables (research summary, audit findings, prototypes). For teams that need ongoing UX input, I also offer a monthly advisory retainer with a defined cadence, scope, and regular check-ins.
Q-03
How much time will my team need to commit?
Not much, but your involvement matters at key moments. Plan for a kickoff, one or two working sessions, and review checkpoints. I’ll work independently between meetings and keep progress moving with lightweight async updates and clear decisions needed from you.
Q-04
Can we start with an NDA before sharing details?
Yes. If you need an NDA, we can sign one before you share analytics, customer info, or product plans. That way you can be candid early, and I can scope accurately based on real constraints instead of assumptions.
Q-05
What deliverables will we get, and do we own the files?
You’ll receive the agreed deliverables plus the working assets that make them useful—notes, research summaries, audit outputs, and prototype/mockup files as applicable. You own what’s produced for your engagement, and everything is delivered in a portable format your team can keep using.
